Stopwise terms of service

Last updated 2 October 2026

Stopwise is a route planner for delivery drivers, run by Daria Dovzhikova, an individual developer. The app itself is licensed to you under Apple's standard licence agreement. These terms add what is particular to the Stopwise service: the planning, search, scanning and history that run on our server.

Subscription and free trial

Fair use

Each account has daily limits on route plans, address searches, address lookups and scans, generous for a working driver's day and lower during the free trial. When you reach one, the app says which and when it starts again. One subscription is for one driver, on up to three of their own phones.

Routes and arrival times

Routes, distances and arrival times are estimates from Google's maps and traffic data. Drive by the road and the law, not by the app: Stopwise does not guarantee that a route is the fastest, legal for your vehicle, or that you will arrive at the times shown.

Your customers' details

Addresses, names and phone numbers on the labels and lists you add belong to your customers. You are responsible for having the right to use them, and Stopwise uses them only to plan your route, as the privacy policy describes.

Ending

You can stop using Stopwise and ask for your account to be deleted at any time. We may suspend an account that is used to resell the service, to share one subscription among several drivers, or to overload it on purpose, after telling you why where we can.
